Where the Idea Begane
Fig Immerse Studio emerged as a Capstone Idea Project within the Master of Arts in Digital Media and Global Communications program at the University of Niagara Falls, Canada. Our goal is to help small businesses in the region participate and grow in the digital environment. The Project includes mentorship, specialized web design and marketing support platform for small businesses in the Niagara Region that currently lack any online presence. This platform will work with companies that do not have social media, a website, cloud access, or IT systems to support their operations.
How the project works
Our Specialized team will contact business, analyze their needs, and identify digital opportunities based on their model and target audience. We will provide the necessary tools and develop a minimum viable product (MVP) such website + crm or landing page and marketing strategies to help companies enter the digital environment during a certain period. The platform will also offer training content for employees on the use of relevant tools, applications, and software programs, as well as provide necessary training on data privacy and cybersecurity.
If you’re a business owner with a local store or shop in the Niagara Falls region, you can register for our support program to get started online. If you’re an employee, you can also register your company. The requirements are as follows:
- Be a legally established company in Niagara Falls, ON.
- Have 1 to 9 employees.
- Not have a website.
- Not have a social media presence.
- Register for the program.

Ana Zerpa
Graphic Designer and Digital Marketing Specialist.
With over 13 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing, I have designed, implemented, and managed website and e-commerce content for companies across diverse industries in Latin America. I have also developed multichannel strategies, SEO/SEM initiatives, and managed social media and paid advertising campaigns, covering the entire conversion funnel. As an expert in performance optimization, I have managed client relationships and achieved measurable results in diverse industries through CRM and AI-powered process automation tools.
